The BC 1550 is a durable synthetic construction designed for a great fit with an Alpitex® membrane that is water-resistant and allows for good boot ventilation as well as comfort for the foot. The Plastic Cuffs and Heel Counter offer firm support and control on descents. They have a medium level of flex in the midsole for ample kick and glide while still providing stability. The NNN BC (backcountry) system rubber soles are compatible with NNN BC manual or auto bindings for high-performance all terrain maneuvering.
